How much does delivery of an aquabike cost in France?

Home delivery is free for any order over €99. Shipping takes 48 to 72 hours.
For orders under €99, free delivery is available to a collection point.

When placing your order, you can also let us know in the “Comments” section the exact day you would like to receive your delivery. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we deliver Lovee products throughout Europe!

Delivery is free for any order over €99 within the European Union. For other destinations, such as Switzerland or the United Kingdom, delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

The delivery time depends on the country: for example, 2 days for Belgium, Luxembourg or Germany, and 4 days for Spain or Portugal.

Delivery to French overseas territories

Home delivery is available in the French overseas territories within 7 to 10 working days.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on the weight and items in your order to offer you the best possible value for money.

For the French overseas territories, your order is invoiced excluding French taxes if you pay in euros (20% VAT deducted). Local taxes and dock dues are collected by the carrier after your parcel has cleared customs. It is your responsibility to pay these charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Our partner Colissimo Outre-Mer will then notify you by email when your parcel is being handled. On the day of delivery, you will receive a SMS notification and the driver may call you to announce their arrival. The parcel is handed over in person against signature. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left to arrange a new delivery.

How does delivery of your aquabike work?

Delivery takes place Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your plancha until it arrives.

Our delivery partner GLS Express will contact you by email to let you know they have received your parcel. Once delivery is scheduled, GLS will contact you on the day of delivery by SMS, and the driver will call you to confirm their arrival.

For home delivery, your parcel will be handed to you personally against a signature.

If you are absent, GLS may offer to leave the parcel with someone you trust (if they can accept your parcel), or drop it off at the nearest Mondial Relay collection point. You then have 10 days to collect your parcel. In all cases, if your parcel could not be delivered directly, GLS will leave a delivery notice with essential information to arrange a new delivery.

For delivery to a collection point, you will receive an SMS to inform you that your parcel has arrived at your Mondial Relay Point. Your parcel will be handed to you personally against a signature.

How does Click & Collect work at the Lyon depot?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready. You can then collect it from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm, and from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm at:

How do returns work?

You can return your items free of charge within 30 days. The Lovee Aquabike customer service team will respond quickly if you encounter any issues and will offer you a suitable solution. Your order will be refunded within 48 hours after we receive your returned parcel.
